- Licenses: An alternative to user types that allows you to configure user permissions based on licenses purchased.
- Vaccination Status Manager: Makes it easy for your employees to upload their vaccination status and documentation in order to comply with new federal guidelines. This solution includes an employee roster with real-time, comprehensive updates to each employee’s status.
- Experience Design for Workplaces: Hybrid: This guided solution lets organizations quickly understand what employees want in a hybrid model, including desired flexibility options and the impact of remote work on productivity and wellbeing. This solution comes with a pre-configured survey template and dashboard.
- Mobile SDK Update: The mobile app SDK now supports the Flutter framework and the Swift package manager. You will also receive a notification whenever new mobile app SDK versions are available. (API doc update coming soon.)
- Ticket Group Auto Enrollment: This feature now supports assigning users to groups based on CX user attributes that have multiple values (e.g., if Region = DUB::SEA). No changes are required to existing group setups to make use of this functionality.
- Textflow Templates: Three new textflow templates have been released to create workflows based on text analytics. Use these workflows to quickly action insights from open text responses.
- XMI Customer Benchmarks: There is now 2021 data available for the XMI Consumer NPS benchmarks. See the linked support page for how to update existing dashboard benchmarks with this data.
