- Hiding Content During a Retake: Addition to the Retake Links page outlining how to hide content from reviewers retaking a survey.
- Delete/Rename 3rd Party Accounts: Added ability to rename or delete third party accounts set up in Actions. Affects all third party extensions. See step 9 of setting up the Jira extension for an example.
- Segments Tab: Segments are now available in XM Directory. Divide your contacts into different groups based on demographics, needs, priorities, common interests, and other psychographic or behavioral criteria.
- Actions within a Plan: V2 action planning now comes with the ability to add individual actions within each plan, so you can break down your goals within a larger initiative.
- Unique Identifiers: Our two Unique Identifiers pages (EX and 360) have been consolidated into a central Unique Identifiers page containing information for both EX and 360.
- Creating & Editing Questions: New section explaining the available question types in EX projects.
- Employee Directory: UI for importing new people to the directory has changed; improved workflow and file validation added to the importer.
