  • Healthcare Patient Experience Benchmark: The Patient Experience benchmark has been updated with refreshed customer data from Q3 2024. New dimensions have also been added, including Length of Stay, Trauma Level, and Readmission Rate.

Survey Platform

  • Deprecation of Qualtrics Surveys for Microsoft Teams: On October 16, 2024 you will no longer be able to use the Qualtrics app to send and complete surveys right in Microsoft Teams. You can still send the anonymous link in Teams, or try our Microsoft Teams task if you’d like to automate distribution to specific recipients. This deprecation does not affect EX Microsoft Teams distributions.

Workflows

  • Extract Data from Tickets Task: New extractor task for ETL workflows that allows you to extract your Qualtrics ticket data to load into another destination, such as an SFTP server or an imported data project.

  • EX Drivers of Attrition Solution: This solution helps organizations identify employee groups with the highest attrition, find critical experience gaps between employees who leave vs. stay, and uncover statistically significant drivers to explain trends in attrition.
