Administration

  • Admin Reports: You can now export the API Usage Details table as a CSV or TSV file.

 

CX Dashboards

  • Quick Service Restaurants Benchmark: The Quick Service Restaurant benchmark has been added for CX dashboards. With this benchmark, you can use insights from other organizations to analyze customer experiences in an increasingly competitive landscape.

EX

  • Drivers of Attrition: This prebuilt employee journey helps you analyze attrition trends in your organization.
  • Engagement Summary Visualization Updates: The Engagement Summary visualization in report templates has been updated. A horizontal bar visualization type and the ability to add visualization-level filters have been added, and it is now WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
  • Participation Summary Visualization Updates: The Participation Summary visualization in report templates has been updated. A horizontal bar visualization type has been added, and the visualization is now WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. 

EX Dashboards

  • Engagement Summary Widget Updates: To provide a consistent experience across all widgets, the Engagement Summary widget will now show data from all dashboard data sources by default, and you can add a filter to display data from a single source. The widget is also now WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. These changes only apply to newly created widgets.

XM Platform

  • In-Product Dynamic Help Window: For supported platform languages, you can now ask questions to the Qualtrics Support AI Assistant from directly within the in-product help window.
