InkedCapture_LI.jpgIn my survey flow I use 2 calls to the Qualtrics API to:
1. find the ID of my contact with his email (POST)
2. use the ID to add him an embedded data in the directory (PUT)
however, sometimes these actions do not work although I have the contact registered in my XM directory with this email address.
Do you think I did the right thing or there would be things to change? I want both API streams not to launch at the same time because I need the first one for the second one to succeed.
