The Drill Down question type allows me to upload a CSV full of tiered answers.
The answers change every day, and the CSV updates programmatically. Currently I re-upload the CSV each morning. Is it possible to create a Job where the CSV to auto-re-ingests each day at a certain time?

You could probably look at the survey development API and create a new version of the survey every day.
