If you send a survey out directly from Qualtrics via email and a recipient clicks the opt-out link in the email, will this unsubscribing also update for that contact in Microsoft Dynamics- D365, if integrated?

@ash123 No, the opt-out link will just unsubscribe the contact. They will receive no email invitations, reminders, or thank-you messages if you decided to send email on that list/directory in the future.
