Hi, 

My team runs >20 surveys that successfully connect/pull data into our internal data warehouse. There is 1 survey that won’t, with an error stating “id failed with named capturing group is missing trailing '}'

I compared this one to all other surveys and did not notice any significant differences in terms of structure/flow. It was one of the few to have logos in the logic and one of the few not to have a matrix style question, so we did test out removing the logos and also adding in a dummy matrix question - but we are still seeing the same error. 

Qualtrics support has not identified any other particular issues that could be causing this survey to fail. But since the API feed is a custom process on our side, Qualtrics can only provide insight into their side of things.

Has anyone else ran into this issue before? Curious to get your thoughts on: 

• What else could be causing this that we’re not thinking of? It might be the tiniest nuance between this survey and others that is driving the issue
