We are using API to get response status and remind/resend survey for a very large distribution batch regularly, the testing batch contain 20968 contact.
We firstly use List Distribution Links and get the right amount of 20968, however, this API will return status “Email Not Sent” only.
Then we use List Distribution History but only get 20540 result. Why is there a difference? How can we get status of all 20968 distribution in that batch
