Download responses using webservices in 3 steps. Please help me setup the right settings. | XM Community

Hello,
I want to create a survey containing 3 steps in the surveyflow to download responses from a certain other project.
First step: I need to setup the webservice to start the response export. This is what I setup now:
Webservice Export Responses Part 1.gifbut I receive an errormessage 400 - Bad request, Required fields are missing, format.
What setting do I need to change to make this work?
Second question in this: how do I store the results into Embedded Data Fields:

  • progressId

  • percentComplete

  • status

  • requestId

  • httpsStatus

Is it easy to setup like this?

If you want to export responses you need to write a single script that does the API calls, then use one webservice call from the survey to call that script.

Thank you TomG for this quick response. But this doesn't help me further directly.
I know to download responses I need 3 steps. When I use the 'Try it' button in the API Reference pages it works, I get 3 times an OK message. But two questions remain:

  1. Where can I find the file after the 3rd step where it say's OK?

  2. How does the script look like in Qualtrics Survey Flow?

Can you help me futher with this?
