Hi Team.
We are writing an API which allows to download the data and I felt that we need a feature OR a new API which will exclude a set of variables. These variable/question names to be ignored can be ...

  1. Passed as a parameter separated by comma OR

  2. Can be passed with a negation such that the data will be downloaded after excluding the variables passed as a parameter.

Instead of negating I believe you can mention the ones you want. As you can see in image below. But you can always have it as a feature request.
