In Qualtrics, We use distribution endpoint to fetch all distributions for a given survey ID.
The endpoint is not incremental and there is no way to fetch distributions modified after a certain timestamp. As a result, we fetch all distributions of a survey in every sync.
There is a way to fetch distributions that were sent between a time frame but a distribution can be modified even after it is sent. So that filter won’t help us capture the latest update to an already synced distribution.

Can someone help us here ?
