Dear Qualtrics Community, 

I’d like to explain what we’d like to achieve:

• We have a ‘survey project’ created where it’s used an anonymous link sent by our CRM system. 
• Incomplete survey responses. Settings are as follows:

  • Respondents are allowed to finish later: leave the survey and re-enter to finish.
  • Once a customer enters into the link, they have 1 week before they’re considered as ‘incomplete’
  • We also record the ‘incomplete’ survey responses: for us it’s valid all information collected in the survey althought is not fully (100&) completed.

Now we are working with our DataWareHouse system to ingest our database with the final responses obtained in Qualtrics. We are thinking of feeding our DWH bi-weekly or monthly, it’s not needed a daily process to retrieve data.

• How can the request to the API be configured to retrieve only those interviews that cannot be modified? I mean, uploading in our DWH only those interviews (complete or incomplete) that cannot be modified by the respondents.
• Which can of filters we can use to do so? Using the ‘Progress’ or ‘Finished’ fields?
