Hello!
Has anyone created an API integration between Qualtrics CX and Glia’s website chatbot? We are interested in embedding a survey built in Qualtrics and having the questions fed to respondents once they are done with chatbot interaction. Glia has a survey function in the platform but it doesn’t offer enough customization for our ideal usecase.
Any insight into Glia (or any!) chatbot API integration hosted on a website would be appreciated.
