I'm obviously missing something. I've figured out there is a 24 hour block on sending SMS message but how do you test distributions more than once in a 24 hour period? Can someone explain what I have to do to test sending an SMS distribution. It seems no matter what I do, new survey, new contact list, new contact, new message, if a number has been used once it will not send again.

If you delete the distribution, it should send again. If that is not working, it would be due to already receiving a response, delete the response from Data & Analysis tab.
