How to make personalized survey with variable fields within Qualtrics survey?

Hi,
I want to make a survey where one of the questions will have variable fields that will be set differently for each target user. For example, 
user A may see:
1. Do you know ?
while user B will see:
1. Do you know ?
The person will set differently for each survey participant, pulling data from a database/spreadsheet.
Is it possible with qualtrics?

Yes, there are ways to do this. One of the way is to use API which will randomly fetch a row from the data uploaded in the database.
