Hi,
I am triggering a survey from Qualtrics based on Zendesk event.
I would like to pass back from Qualtrics to Zendesk, the information of whether the email was sent or, if the case, not triggered. How can I do this?
What I am trying to address, is a scenario, where a ticket could have been moved to the trigger status, but "something" happens and the email action is not triggered and email not sent.

I don't use Zendesk, but have you seen: Zendesk Extension (qualtrics.com)
