I have two questions regarding import participants API call.

First :

Can we make more than 10 requests to import participants API in qualtrics? Because it’s written in qualtrics we can’t make.

Second :

In qualtrics Limits page, there is written that we can upload CSV file size upto 5 MBs, but while updating file it is supporting only 1000 records in a CSV file. Can you please explain why I can’t upload more than 1000 records where the file size in less than 1 MB.
