Is there a way to limit the amount of choices one can select from multiple questions?

I have a survey where people need to only be able to choose one time from a list of options. However, I had to format the questions like so:This was because I had to instill a quota for each option. However, I want to make it so that only one response from all of these responses can be chosen.
