Is there an API to enable an administrator to see all surveys? | XM Community

When running the …/API/v3/surveys API call, I can easily see all of MY surveys as well as those where the owner has collaborated with me on.  As many others are doing, I have needs to get a list of ALL surveys that have been created in the system, not just mine.  I’m an admin and not a user of the user of the system and need to share this information with other software packages we integrate with.

The last time I’ve seen this request was about a year ago, but with no good resolution.  I've then looked at the release notes and have not seen anything.

Bottom line, this is another shot at asking the question to see if this is available and I have not seen the documentation for it, or if it is on the release radar.

If it isn’t available, we’ll have to build a kludge where the users collaborate with a service user who can run the API and get the information.  Not good!

In such scenario, we can create a account where in all the surveys can be shared and provide the same instruction to all users as whenever a survey is created just collaborate with this account. And then use this account for integration purposes.

I don’t believe this is possible yet for an admin to view all surveys within their organization if not collaborated/shared with them directly.

Have you tried submitting this idea to Evolve? Or you could try speaking with your account manager or CSM about whether this is in any future release plans.

Thanks for the response @Shashi and @ash123.  We have not submitted this to our account manager or Evolve, but that may be our next step.  We have discussed the solution that would collaborate with the API service user to get them accessible, which is what we will probably need to do for now.  I’m not the biggest fan of that solution, but it sounds like the only way we can go for now.

Thanks again for your replies!
