Hi Everyone,
I am new to Qualtrics and I need help to resolve the above error message that I got when I connect to Qualtrics to extract survey responses for transformation in python, and subsequently loading into a SQL database table. This question’s ID is 5_1 in excel export, 5_4 in Stats IQ list (under Data & Analysis tab), and is QID9 when viewed in the builder/tools/Support Mode.
So my question is why is this column not being imported from Qualtrics, and which of the 3 IDs should I use in my python code to avoid this error now and in the future, giving that amending the questions is likely to change the question ID.
Please note that I have used the first 2 in my past python codes and they worked, but not this time around. Full error message below. Thanks for your help.
