We want to use the Qualtrics API to access the results of our surveys, but would like to limit the access to them to one or several external specific IP ranges. Is there a solution to do that ?

Sorry but I do not think there is currently an out of the box solution but maybe you can ask your AE whether they can restrict the access for your brand.
Due to security concerns, I would make sure that only very few people have access to the API token and you could use OAuth https://www.qualtrics.com/support/integrations/api-integration/overview/#APIOAuth
Since you tagged it as "recorded responses", you could also set up a export response automation with an SFTP https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/data/download-data/response-export-automations/
