I have a problem where my webhook listener isn't called by Qualtrics. I was able to create (encrypted and non-encrypted), list, and delete listeners on the Qualtrics API (eventsubscriptions).

Then I tried answering and activating/deactivating surveys to see if my listener is being called but it isn't. I also checked several times that the listener endpoint accepts POST and GET requests.



Are there any configuration or settings that I need to change in order for this to work?
