Hello Community!
Once we had entered all the attributes for the SSO connection and entered all the necessary groups in the ‘Mapping options - user type mappings’ section, we tested the connection and it was Successful, but it does not take the User Type field.
What could be the reason for this?
I anticipate that I have already opened a ticket to Qualtrics last week and have still not received a reply.
