Survey Quarantine with Get Links Distribution | XM Community

Hi Community, it’s been a long time,

I’m currently using this chain of APIs for transaction/contact upload and get distribution links for our own distribution channels: api.qualtrics.com/859374d78e99f-how-to-load-contact-transactions-and-distribute-survey

However, a request recently came up with survey quarantine and some surveys are on top of the priority order.
As I know, the contact frequency rule (Contact Frequency Rules (qualtrics.com)) only apply to Email and App distribution that on Qualtrics.
So how can I insert something in that APIs chains that can help me filter out the guys that need to be quarantine. Moreover, prioritize a survey over the others.

Maintain a dataset in Qualtrics to keep track on the last survey sent to an email address and the sent date. During transaction creation, loop through each contact element and check it’s last survey sent and sent date, take decision based on it and accordingly keep or remove that contact.
