Hi!
Ref: (WhatsApp Distributions - Qualtrics Support)
I am in the process of enabling our Twilio number for WhatsApp use as per the steps in the above link from Qualtrics support. Today is the second day and still we haven't receive a confirmation mail from Twilio.

  1. Does anyone know how long this process can take?

  2. Also, at present our Twilio account is a Trial version and we wish to upgrade soon. Can anyone share indication about how their charges are determined? (Is it per survey/upto what volume for the min $20 mark)

Hoping to hear any valuable suggestions on this point.
