I'm new to using event based APIs. I'm trying to get my responses using this api: https://api.qualtrics.com/guides/ZG9jOjg3NzY3MQ-retrieve-survey-responses-in-real-time.

My question is, is there a required ack from my listener? what happens in case of a network outage if the webhook callback message doesn't actually make it to my listener?

Hi, carlymar I think you should reach out to Qualtrics support as they would be the right person to provide you a detailed view on whether you require ack.


(This is OP, I was accidentally using the administrator's account initially... oops)

I assumed that people who USE the API would know this. Is this such a rare issue?


If this isn't the right forum for this, is there another one that is better suited? I haven't had great success dealing with directly with Qualtrics tech support because I never actually get a programmer level answer...
