I'm hoping someone on this thread (azhang21 or npetrov937 ) or someone else could help me with this. I am trying to do something similar but cannot seem to get it to work. The controls still show up and seem to keep working even once the video has started. I'm not sure I'm putting the right code in the right places, and the video only takes up a small portion of the window (there are white parts above and below, and the controls appear at the very bottom of the white portion beneath the video). Do I perhaps have the wrong height and width? I'd be so grateful for any responses; I have been trying to figure this out for days....
Thank you!!! Do you know if there is a way to get the title of the video, etc. not to display? And did you ever get the play button working? I would prefer not to have the video autoplay, but to have the respondent start it with the play button.
I'm hoping someone can help me—whether someone on this thread — rondev rondev and/or Btina —or someone else can help me. I'm trying to do what's described above as it sounds like you it works on a laptop/desktop. That would be enough for me (I'm not even worrying about the mobile issues right now), but I think I am putting the code in the wrong place or doing something else wrong. I cannot get the video itself to play at all. I've tried using the code in this thread but I don't have a strong understanding of JS or CSS so am not always even sure where to put things! I did uncheck the Show Player Controls option and used the resulting embed code, but I'm still seeing the controls....
Hmm. The controls still seem to be showing, even though I see there is a variable/field where they appear to be set to 0. Thoughts on why that might be, or other ideas of how to achieve this?
