I read the support pages and this does not answer my question. These are real surveys being opened out in the field, looked over by potential participants but not completed, and then recorded as partial responses after one week of inactivity. I am deleting them when they come in to avoid skewing our reports with lots of blank/partial surveys. My question is whether deleted responses still count toward our response limit in our contract. So if we received 100,000 surveys and I deleted 1,000 of them, do all 100,000 still count toward the contract, or only the remaining 99,000?
@IsabelPosada Thank you so much for this! I used OPTION 2 and it worked perfectly. I was able to quickly pull a sample of non-responders as of this morning with all of my embedded data included. I chose this option because at this point I just need to notify our partners that these local centers have not yet responded. If I needed to pull the survey link itself, I see how I could use OPTION 1 to accomplish that. Thank you again - this saved me so much time!
I have this same request. I would appreciate if Qualtrics could make the text boxes in the Constant Sum item type each a draggable text box, similar to the text response boxes and form fields. If anything like this is in the works, it might be helpful to make the column sizes adjustable as well. This would address an issue raised in another thread regarding the excessive spacing between each field and the response box. This would be a much better solution instead of requiring custom coding, which can be hit or miss as others have mentioned above.
