@Mackenzie , Yes, this is feasible without any coding. You just need to select the word "here" in this case and click on Rich Content Editor. Click on the icon from the options which reads Link and add the URL in the URL bar and in the target window, choose New WIndow. Here is the screenshot for your reference. ! Hope this helps! I just recently came across this question. Building on Eesh’s response, the New Window function is under the Target tab on the top banner.
