My why! Market research is fairly new at the tech company I recently joined. My vision is for us to become an example that's shared at a Qualtrics Summit in the future on how our company utilized CX to shape game-changing strategy, discover insights, and pretty much how our journey with Qualtrics led us to be a golden case study and just overall example. I want to go to Summit to learn how other companies have done just that! How they've used CX to build structure and strategy, especially in the tech industry. I really want to hear and learn from Sunshine Hillygus, PhD from Duke University on survey methodology, Luis Angel-Lalanne (VP Customer Listening), Tracey Strober (Global CX) , Beth Ard (VP Customer Experience) and Chris Chapman (UX). These sessions will be golden and super relevant to what I'm trying to achieve with my company. Insights from these sessions will be gold!!
