A lot of whys. As a CX program lead I liked and promoted the Qualtrics platform since we adopted it almost two years ago as it is a tool that has so many capabilities that we are not even aware of. I am now working on a project where I want to move and/or create automated customer feedback channels for all our products (and we have a few) and either integrate them in the platform or just start of with baselines and relationship surveys. There are a lot of possibilities given that each product performs differently and some have a different audience. A very interesting challenge where I could benefit from inspiration and steal some best practices from others - so the event would be an amazing benefit for us.
