I have simple but extensive display logic in my survey: every question has a 'don't know' option, and whenever that option is chosen, a supplementary question is presented. I would now like to randomise questions within a block. It looks as though there is no way to do that without losing the display logic - is that correct? Alternatively I can make four different versions of the survey with the questions in a different order for each version. But because it's a long survey with display logic and I want to avoid certain questions appearing next to one another, it's hard to see what's going on and very easy to lose my place. It would be easier to drag and drop the questions from within Survey Flow, but it looks as though that's not possible. Is there any way to get a simplified view of the questions from within which I can drag them around? The only other idea I have is to renumber all the questions to create the order I want, then order by question number, if that's possible.
Hello, I have hotspot questions set up as on/off with only two regions available, set up such that respondents must choose a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 1. I have named these regions 'Noswitch' and 'Switch'. I have display logic in place that uses these responses in the next question (such that respondents only move to the next question if they chose Switch ('Switch - on is selected') and did not choose Noswitch 'Noswitch - on is not selected'). The reason I'm using hotspots rather than just radio buttons for this simple design is that the respondents are children. Hotspots are more engaging and also allow me to trust children to click in the right region, as they're large, rather than making a mistake on small radio buttons. I have two questions: - I don't want respondents to get the idea that one response is right and the other is wrong. Right now, one region is green and another is red. These imply right and wrong. Can I change the colour that the region turns when it is
I have a number of slider questions and have included a 'don't know' option for each one. When a respondent picks 'don't know', I would like to ask a follow-up question. However, display logic doesn't seem to allow me to do this: it only offers me options that: 1. have to do with the slider response (less than, equal to, etc.) 2. don't seem to work for the Don't Know button (I've tried 'Contains', but it doesn't work if I type in 'don't know') 3. seem irrelevant ('Matches RegEx' 'Is Displayed' 'Is not displayed') I would be very grateful if someone could let me know whether and how this is possible.
Hello, I had to add some questions at the last minute before rushing a survey out, and didn't have time to edit question names or labels. 1. Can I change those two things while the survey is still open without losing data? 2. If not, can I do it once the survey is closed with no repercussions?
My questions are long and very similar to one another. I have written short question labels as I went along (in the question numbers box), but not question labels. Is there a way to simply reset all question labels to match question numbers/names?
Hello, I need to search and replace several words and phrases within half the blocks in my survey, but not the other half. One way would be to do search and replace within a single block. Another would be to copy only the relevant blocks to the library and do them all there. Is there a way for me to use Tools -> Review -> Search and Replace just within a single block, or alternatively, in the library? I've tried, but haven't found a way,
