I made the mistake of using the select all columns feature in the Column Chooser to add all columns. My table is now overrun with unwanted Text IQ fields… Am I correct in my conclusion that there is no easy way to Unselect all columns and start from a blank slate? Alternately, I would be interested in a faster way of multi selecting columns in order to mass remove them from the view, rather than clicking through the cumbersome checkboxes in the Column Chooser and waiting while the view slowly refreshes between each change. Oh, and it also seems that Search feature within the Column Chooser does not work to find any embedded data fields (including text IQ fields) - correct? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
After discussing my issue with a Qualtrics support rep, I’m having a hard time accepting what I learned about surveys saved to the library. Below is what I heard, please let me know if this aligns with your understanding or if anything is incorrect. If these points are true, then what is the advantage of even saving surveys to the library as templates? Wouldn’t we have more flexibility and less frustration if users were just instructed to copy existing survey projects as templates for their surveys? Would love to hear other peoples’ thoughts on this. Thanks! The is an “Edit” option available When the Edit option is selected, one can make updates to the template (either intentionally or accidentally, but cannot publish the changes. This is by design I was told...no publish button is displayed, because it could mess up other users if you change a template. However, these changes made are auto-saved as a “draft”, but… You cannot discard your changes or revert to previous version, becau
We’re a B2B company, and we are in the process of developing customer personas. We know that we would like to have different personas based on the contact’s job role (purchasing, R&D, etc.), however we would like to hear community input on how to structure/segment our personas beyond that. How many different customer personas are recommended, and how do we decide how to segment them? For example, should it be by age, geographical region, market segment, etc?Do your personas represent actual customers, or are they a representative hybrid of many customers? Can anyone share how your company has approached persona building? Thanks for your input!
