I'm running into an issue where adding a filter at the top of the dashboard impacts the data in the dashboard widgets, even when no selection is made. Example: I have 15 responses in total. As soon as I add a filter (set to "all") for a specific question that only 10 people answered, the entire dashboard only displays data for the 10 people who responded to the filterable question. This is a huge problem for us. Do I have an incorrect setting?
Does anyone know what keeps your survey response data safe during transmissions between Qualtrics and Google Translate? Is there a specific protocol or some other security policy? Thanks!
Since there is not 'cancel' or 'undo' functionality in the dashboards, I have been creating private pages to create widgets that meet our business needs. However, once they're ready for prime time, I can't figure out how to change the private page to public, or move the widgets to a public page. Is there a way to do this without recreating every widget? Thanks!
Does anyone have instructions or a link to how to create a basic line and bar chart using 2 y-axes? I can't figure out the pattern to when Vocalize presents the option to add a 2nd axis and when it does not. Thanks!
