We have set up a survey to establish skills gaps among our staff. The survey is broken down into 5 topics. Staff complete these 5 topics and identify their strengths and weaknesses (simple yes or no). We want to capture their weaknesses (i.e.where they have stated 'No' for answers) for each question to then report in an email trigger so we can direct them to a training course to develop skills in those weak areas only. The trigger is only required at the end of the survey on submission. Can someone please advise best practice to set our survey so it reports on the required responses? Much appreciated!
