We have set up a survey to establish skills gaps among our staff. The survey is broken down into 5 topics. Staff complete these 5 topics and identify their strengths and weaknesses (simple yes or no). We want to capture their weaknesses (i.e.where they have stated 'No' for answers) for each question to then report in an email trigger so we can direct them to a training course to develop skills in those weak areas only.
The trigger is only required at the end of the survey on submission. Can someone please advise best practice to set our survey so it reports on the required responses? Much appreciated!

You can pipe text, e.g., a survey response, question, or embedded data, into an email trigger message. So, you either pipe in their weaknesses/no's directly, or set up some logic in your survey flow to create an Embedded Data field with more appropriate text based on their weaknesses which you can then pipe in instead. You can use this instead of or in addition to including the individual's entire response report.

@noracolazzo1 , @KoalaTricks has it right. You can also use the Actions tab to accomplish this. I like the Actions tab because it pulls everything together and you can create multiple actions at one time.
