Hi all, We are trying to randomly display a subset of 6/12 multiple choice (MC) questions before a block of text [which is also randomized so that it randomly displays 1 of 5 texts to users] and after the block of text, we want to display in a random order the _other_ 6/12 MC questions that were not shown before the text block. However, we have other questions that come after the text block and before the second subset of 6/12 MC questions. The format of the survey should look like this: Randomly display 6/12 MC questions in a random order [page break] Randomly display a subset of 1/5 texts evenly across participants (this item has timing) [page break] Question A [page break] Question B --> display logic Question C [page break] Randomly display the other 6/12 MC questions in a random order, so that no two questions are shown twice We tried putting all of this into one block and inserting advanced randomization (see picture below), however we could not get the page breaks in
Hello everyone, I need to randomize 12 questions such that 6 of them appear before a block of text (in random order) and 6 of them appear after that block of text without displaying any questions twice (thus, no question presented before the text block would be shown afterward). I understand how to randomize questions within a block, or randomly display only 6 of them. So, what I need to know is how do I display 6 before and 6 after a text block? And how do I ensure that no questions are repeated? Thanks! So far the set up is: Question block: Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Randomly display 6 of 12 questions in random order before text block Q5 Q6 Q7 Q8 Q9 Q10 Q11 Q12 TEXT BLOCK
