I was wondering how we can change the survey so that when respondents get to the final page the next/forward button says something other than the default text entered in the look and feel next button options? So if a survey has 3 question pages, pages 1 and 2 will dispaly whatever is entered in the look and feel options, but on page 3 it says 'submit' or 'finish' or any other text we want so customers know that they are on the final page. thanks
How do we set default text that can disappear when a text box is clicked on? A client has a verbatim question and in this box needs to provide some instruction about not entering personal details here. I have set a default text response but the customer has to manually delete this before providing their response and also can submit this default text as a response. I need something that works in the same way as the email and name fields in the attached image, an example is provided to give you an idea of the format required, but when you click in the text disappears. How can this be done in the survey? !
When I export my data I have some records that show a value such as 'QID9_20180611052504837' for the comment questions. This looks to be a time stamp - why is this here? What does it mean? It is not there for all records, some do in fact show a comment. This is for a survey that is using and IVR integration. Thanks
Hi Our client wants to be able to capture the referral URL that takes them to our survey. We have set the embedded data field in our survey flow to do this and this is working fine However, most important within this URL is a substring with a finite number of variations (max 20) that they want to see. Whereas each URL that a customer sees will be unique, this substring will not be. In this instance the only part of the url I need is "secure-logout-XX" How do I set up the embedded data field to only return this substring? I have some javascript (i doubt it is perfect ...) that will return the substring, but I'm not sure where to put it? Is it even possible?
