Hello!I know that it is possible to import a reference survey into a survey in Qualtrics. Then, you must edit the survey in the library to affect the referenced surveys (you cannot make edits in the new survey itself). I have a few questions about this I wasn't able to find online1) What happens to the original survey that was copied from? Do you have to re-add that survey as a reference survey once it is in the library? Do those questions get edited if there are edits made in the survey library?2) I know it is also possible to edit blocks directly in the survey library (but not questions). Is there a way to import blocks into questions in away that editing them in the survey library affects all surveys which the blocks are referenced in. Or does editing a block in the survey library not affect any blocks in other projects. By this is mean, there is an "add reference survey" option in the survey flow, but no "add reference block option", yet you can still edit a block directly from the
Hello!I am working with a set of several (thousands) of questions. I have them all in once massive question library and would like to be able to use the "library search" function to find specific questions to bring over to various surveys I am building. What I mean by this is being able to type in part of the question in the search function or more importantly having key words connected to each questions that I can then search on.I know you are able to embed HTML tags into questions, it is possible to search on those tags? Thanks!Shira
Hello,I am working on a qualtrics survey where a general admin would retrieve the survey from a website. They would then fill parts of it out and pass it along to another person in their company (for example an engineer) to fill out, that person would then pass it along to another person (for example a facilities manager for the building) and fill it out and so on until all the sections are complete, it is sent back to the admin for review and submitted.I know there is a retake survey link in "data and analysis" but I would like all these to be completed before the response is submitted, and without the survey developer knowing who needs to fill out what. For example, if at the top of my survey it could have a message that says "when you are completed with you sections, send this link onward" that would them keep going on until the survey is completed, sent back to the admin and submitted.
Hello,I am trying to create a survey in Qualtrics. Without going too much in depth the survey is to analyze the likelihood of certain events occurring. The user will fill out the survey answering questions that are related to the types of events. Examples of events are natural disasters, economic changes, political changes etc... Answers to some questions will impact multiple events, while some will only impact one event. The output of the survey is the result of analysis of the survey answers, giving a "score" for how likely each event is to occur. This means that there needs to be some kind of "tag" in the background of questions referring to which event they will impact. For example if these are the questions and there are 4 events.1) abc (event 1 & 3)2) def (event 2 & 3)3) ghi (event 2)4) jkl (event 1, 2 & 4)I would like to have a tag in the background so that during the analysis, only questions 1 & 4 are used to analyze event 1, questions 2, 3, and 4 are using for event 2, questi
