I have a question and hope someone can help me.
I just read the following on the Qualtrics support page:
Attention: Responses at 0% progress will be deleted, even if this option is set to record.

Is there a way to work around this? If a respondent can't get past the first page for technical reasons, I'd never find out (which is an issue because then I wouldn't know that they tried to take the survey but encountered a problem).
Please advise.

Hi Veronika,
There is no way around this. You could set the partial completion window to be very far in the future so you might be able to identify anybody with issues, but ultimately they will be handled by the partial completion function at some point.
