You can save them into a Library. I have Groups created - overall for the brand and for each function/geography whey we are able to have libraries of surveys/questions, messages, images, etc.

vedants In addition to saving them to a Library (either your personal library or a shared one), when you delete questions from a survey they are also automatically saved to the "trash" folder which you can either empty or use in the future.
