I upgraded from a free account to a Core XM account because the features listed include “Up to 10 users.)” I thought my small team could each have accounts to manage various tasks related to multiple surveys.

However when I try to create an additional user, I get an error that says I have reached the max number of users (just me.) What exactly is a “user” in this context? Is it really 120 a month for a single admin user account?

User is nothing but number of accounts you can have in your license. Each users will have their own credentials to login. Adding users can be done by an Brand Admin. Check if you have Brand Admin access as well as permissions are enabledto create user. if you already have these and still not able to create a user, reach out to Qualtrics support.
