Adding an identifier for media files

Hi everyone,
I am designing a survey that has multiple media files which is followed by questions and I am looking for a way to be able to identify which media file the participant is responding to in the exported data. Is there a way to add a hidden code will come up in the exported spreadsheet?
Hopefully that makes sense!

You can use the branch logic and embedded data elements from the survey flow to tag the shown media name in the embedded data.
