Administrator Feedback Survey | XM Community

I have the same survey (administrator feedback) that I would like to use for multiple different administrators in different buildings.

What is the easiest way to keep the data separate?
Should I copy and make a separate survey for each administrator?

Keep all responses together?
How do I get break out the data in order to get it to each separate administrator (while not allowing them to see other responses).

The survey part (unless I add some fields/etc) is done, but I’m not sure how I should distribute, and even more importantly, separate and analyze the responses.

Thank you for any suggestions.

@Sara Scheel You don’t need to duplicate survey, you can just add a Embedded data to tell which admin are being feedback. Check out this link: Passing Information via Query Strings (qualtrics.com)

Add some querry string at the end and distribute each version to the specific respondent.

When doing dashboard, use dashboard role and user to set dashboard permission CX Dashboards Roles (qualtrics.com)

Hope all of these can help. If you have question, feel free to ask

Thank you!  I am a very new user to Qualtrics.  I know I have only hit the tip of the iceberg and am just getting started.  I will work on it and let you know!  Thank you again!
