Hi guys, I want to create replica of e-commerce website on Qualtrics. Is it even possible?

Below is an example, which I want to execute.


At the first step, I want participants to see all the options:
 

Wherein, they should be able to hover over any option and be able to see the details. For example, if the person hovers/ clicks over the first option, he/she should be able to see the following thing as drop box, with the option of going back to the same selection screen.
 

At the second step, participants should be able select one/ more than options which they like (marked in blue):
 

At the final step, they should be able to compare all of them and choose the one that they want to choose (as shown below).
 

My queries are:
1- Is it possible to carry this out on Qualtrics?
2- If yes, what would be the way?
3- If no, what other platform can be used to design such a study?
