My new institution doesn’t have a Qualtrics license. As personal licenses are very expensive, does anyone have recommendations for alternatives? Are there any alternatives that could read the .qsf file that you get when you export a Qualtrics survey?

In that case you would need licence version, Or you can open the QSF in Notepad, editplus or any such tecxt editor to understand the content in text format only.
