I need to create a project that will send the employee a survey in every work anniversary, however the only information that i have from when the employee started working is the date of admission so I am in doubt of how to add the participant automatically and then make sure the system send them a new invitation and allow them to take a new survey saving the past results every year.
Any ideas of how can i do this?
I am trying to do the same thing. I figured out a very manual process and am hoping others can suggest something better.
I have a daily automation in my Directory that brings in all users with their hire date. I’ve created some logic in the filters that identified those that were hired between 365 and 364 days ago. Then, I did the same thing for 730 and 729 days ago (2 years ago today). I continued in this fashion for each year I want to try and capture.
Here is a screenshot of what some of the logic looks like. You have to start with ‘Any of the following are true’ then nest ‘All of the following are true’ for each year you want to capture.
