Hi guys, I’m having a 7 step Journey but in 4 surveys in the following structure:
Survey1: Step 1,2,3 - Survey2: Step 4 - Survey3: Step 5,6 - Survey4: Step 7.
Each step has its own CSAT, each survey has its own tNPS. So we have 7 CSAT and 4 NPS
My guys already collecting data with touchpoint Embedded Data tag for each survey and it’s fine when draw a 4 touchpoint journey widget with 4 NPS.
But now they want a breakdown 7 step CSAT with the journey widget.
How can I do it with the already collected data and set up so the CSAT got assigned into multiple touchpoints in 1 survey. I already check this Configuring Dashboard Data for Journeys (qualtrics.com) but the survey have to collect all CSATs, can’t go for branch.
