Hello everyone,
I've just launched a survey with an authentiacator at the start but some users are experiencing trouble in entering the survey.
An error is shown saying "unable to log in with the information provided. (duplicate panel member)".
Does anyone know how I could solve this issue?

Whatever field(s) you are using to authenticate aren't unique in the contact list you are using. So, you need to either: fix the contact list so the authentication field(s) is unique, change the authentication field(s) to one that is unique, or add additional authentication fields so that the combination of fields is unique.
